Our mission

To make sure no one dies because they couldn't find help in time, and no family is ever left in the dark about someone they love.

Across much of the world, the coordination layer that connects a person in crisis to the right help, fast, simply doesn't exist at scale. People don't know who to call, can't find an ambulance, and can't track whether help is coming.

We're starting in Nigeria, where the need is most urgent, and building for families everywhere.

Meet our founders

Sandra Nnabuife

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Sandra is a medical doctor and engineer specialising in the systematic integration of healthcare processes, with clinical training in Europe and nearly a decade of enterprise sales experience across the UK and Germany.

She is building Neurona because she has seen emergency systems that work, and she could not accept the alternative. Clinical knowledge, healthcare processes, and the commercial experience to build a business around it.

In December 2025, she watched the news of a high-profile Nigerian athlete who was involved in a road accident. Watching it unfold from Germany, what struck her was not just the tragedy but the failure of coordination. That moment became the idea for Neurona.

"When she's not working on Neurona, she's probably on a plane somewhere, exploring a new country and convincing herself it counts as 'rest.'"

Mayowa M. Morgan

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Mayowa has 7 years of experience building health technology products, including at Dro Health, where he grew with the company from its early stage and JNCI. He brings firsthand understanding of the realities of the Nigerian healthcare system, how it works, where it fails, and what it takes to build products Nigerians actually use.

At Neurona, he focuses on product implementation, building efficient operations, and making sure things actually work, not just look good on paper.

"Outside of Neurona, he's widely known as Mayorfit 'the celebrity trainer,' working with high-profile clients and proving that discipline applies both in fitness and in building systems that scale."

Abdulbasit Aliyu

Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder

Abdulbasit is an AI Engineer with extensive experience across healthcare, education, and logistics, having worked on projects across multiple countries. He is passionate about using technology to transform healthcare access.

At Neurona, he takes the clinical framework and turns it into a system that works under pressure, when it matters most. He is responsible for the full technical build of the platform.
